Privacy Policy
What information this site collects, how it's used, and the rights you have over it.
Last updated: October 4, 2026
1. Who We Are
GutSave.pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent review website published by Digital Geeker. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://gutsave.pro (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. We are the controller of personal information collected through this Site.
We do not sell products. Purchases made after clicking a link on this Site happen on a third-party website, and that website's own privacy policy applies to any information you give it.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us
If you use our contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, the topic of your message, and the message itself. Please do not send us health records, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server log information when you visit, which can include your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the Site running.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or collect payment card details, Social Security numbers, or medical records on this Site, and we do not require you to create an account.
3. How We Use Information
- To respond to your messages and questions.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the Site.
- To measure the performance of our advertising, as described below.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: your consent (where required), our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and responding to inquiries, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Cookies & Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We keep cookie use on this Site to a minimum. Where we use analytics or advertising measurement tools (see Section 6), those tools may set cookies or use similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; the Site will still work without them.
When you click a link to the official Gut Save website, that website and its retailer may set their own cookies, including affiliate tracking cookies that record that you arrived from our Site. Those cookies are governed by their privacy policies, not this one.
5. Third-Party Services & Links
- Hosting: The Site is hosted by Hostinger, which processes server log data on our behalf.
- Fonts: The Site loads the Manrope typeface from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Outbound links: The Site links to the official Gut Save website, which uses the retailer BuyGoods to process orders. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these or any other third-party websites.
6. Advertising Measurement
We may promote this Site through search advertising, including Microsoft Advertising. To understand which ads lead visitors to our Site, we may use measurement tools such as Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) and Microsoft Clarity. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser details, pages visited, clicks, and scrolling activity, and may use cookies. Microsoft's privacy statement is available at privacy.microsoft.com, and you can manage personalized advertising from Microsoft at account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings.
We do not use health information from your visit to target advertising to you.
7. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law, except to the limited extent that advertising measurement tools described in Section 6 may be considered sharing. You may opt out as described in Section 9.
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Site (such as our hosting and email providers), when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the Site.
8. Data Retention & Security
We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, generally no longer than 24 months. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention periods. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and obtain a copy of it.
- Request deletion of personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this right).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid request to opt out of sale or sharing. To make a request, email contact@gutsave.pro with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will verify your request using the information you provide and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
10. EU/UK Privacy Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries, your information may be transferred outside your country; where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. To exercise your rights, email contact@gutsave.pro.
11. Other US State Privacy Rights
Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others, may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. Email contact@gutsave.pro to make a request. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the subject “Appeal.”
12. Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy & How to Contact Us
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
